5. Delivery Issues and Delays

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. We cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet all estimates, occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather, festival volume surges, or regional logistical restrictions.
Non-Delivery / RTO: If a parcel is returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the order again.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to valid postal pincodes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
